Overview

SlideDM keeps cancellation simple. You may cancel your subscription at any time with no penalty. This policy explains how cancellation works for each plan and what happens after renewal is turned off.

The short version: cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing support. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period, renewal turns off, and your data is retained for up to 30 days in case you want to come back. No partial refunds are issued after the 48-hour refund window.

1. How to cancel

You can cancel your SlideDM subscription in either of these ways:

  1. From your dashboard: Log in to SlideDM, go to Settings, open the Billing section, and click "Cancel Subscription."
  2. By email: send a cancellation request from the email address associated with your account to support@slidedm.app.

2. What happens when you cancel

When you cancel, renewal is turned off and your plan remains active until the end of the current paid period.

Starter (₹690/month):

Pro Monthly (₹999/month):

Pro Annual (₹9,588/year billed annually):

  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You keep access to Starter features, including up to 200 DMs/month, until the paid period ends.
  • After the paid period ends, your account becomes inactive and automations stop running.
  • Your workflows are paused rather than immediately deleted and can be restored if you resubscribe within the retention window.
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • You keep access to Pro features until the current paid period ends.
  • After expiry, the workspace becomes inactive and automations stop.
  • Your subscription will not renew at the end of the annual billing period.
  • You keep access to Pro features until the annual period ends.
  • No prorated refunds are available after the initial refund window. See our /refund-policy for details.

3. Data retention after cancellation

If you cancel your subscription but do not delete your account, we retain account data, automation configurations, and analytics history for up to 30 days after the subscription ends.

If you resubscribe within that period, your prior workflows and settings can be restored. After 30 days, automation configurations and analytics data may be permanently deleted, although basic account information may remain while the account itself exists.

4. Instagram disconnection

Once the paid period ends after cancellation, active automations stop and SlideDM no longer needs to access your Instagram account data to operate those workflows.

You can also disconnect Instagram manually inside SlideDM or revoke SlideDM's access from Instagram and Meta settings directly.

5. Resubscription

You can resubscribe to any available paid plan at any time by logging into your account and selecting a plan from the Billing or onboarding flow. If you resubscribe within the retention period, your previous workflows and settings may be restored.

6. Cancellation by SlideDM

We may cancel or suspend your subscription and access if you violate our /terms, use the Service for spam or abuse, or leave billing issues unresolved after notice.

If termination is due to a Terms violation, refunds are generally not available. If termination is caused by a Service discontinuation on our side, we may offer an appropriate prorated refund for any unused paid period.
