The terms for using
SlideDM.

"User", "you", or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service. "Account" refers to the account you create on SlideDM. "Subscription" refers to any paid plan you purchase. "Content" refers to any data, text, messages, automation workflows, or other material you create, upload, configure, or transmit through the Service.

SlideDM is provided by two separate companies. If you are located in India, or your billing address is in India, you are contracting with Rigmasters Technology, which bills in Indian rupees through Razorpay. If you are located outside India, you are contracting with Sliding Into DMs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which bills in US dollars through Stripe. "SlideDM Entity", "we", "us", and "our" refer to whichever of those two companies provides the Service to you.

Each company is responsible only for its own customers. Nothing in these Terms makes one company liable for the obligations of the other, and your agreement is with the SlideDM Entity that provides the Service to you.

You must be at least 18 years old to use SlideDM. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms and that the information you provide during registration is accurate and complete.

To use SlideDM, you must create an account and may need to connect an Instagram account through Meta's official authorisation flow. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

SlideDM provides Instagram automation tooling including comment-to-DM triggers, story reply automation, keyword DM triggers, AI-assisted replies, analytics, and related creator workflows. The Service operates through official Meta and Instagram APIs and depends on those third-party platforms remaining available to us and to you.

SlideDM offers a Free plan with 1,000 lifetime DMs and paid Pro plans. Free DMs include ⚡Sent Via SlideDM.app. At the time of this update, India pricing is Pro Monthly at ₹999/month and Pro Annual at ₹9,588/year billed in advance. Pricing outside India is shown in USD and may differ by region.

Current pricing is always available on /pricing. We may modify pricing in the future with reasonable notice before changes apply to a new billing cycle.

For India pricing, recurring subscriptions are processed by Rigmasters Technology through Razorpay on supported cards. Outside India, checkout is processed by Sliding Into DMs LLC through Stripe in USD. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan you choose.

Unless otherwise stated, listed prices are before any applicable bank, card-network, currency-conversion, or payment-provider fees that may be charged by third parties.

You agree to use SlideDM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms, Meta's Platform Terms, and Instagram's Community Guidelines. You shall not:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk promotional content that violates platform policy.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, security features, or usage restrictions imposed by SlideDM or Meta.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, threaten, or send hateful, obscene, deceptive, or discriminatory content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Sell, resell, sublicense, or distribute access to your SlideDM account to third parties.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or any connected third-party systems.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity under Indian law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

All plans, including promotional, founding-member, and influencer-program access, are subject to fair usage. These limits exist to prevent spam, protect connected Instagram accounts from Meta enforcement, and keep the Service reliable for everyone. Full details are in our /fair-usage.

• Sending more than 100,000 (one lakh) DMs per month per account is outside normal fair usage and may be rate-limited, reviewed, or suspended.
• Sudden or abnormal spikes in DM volume, comment activity, or API usage that deviate from your account's normal pattern may be automatically throttled and flagged for review.
• We may, at our discretion and without prior notice, throttle, suspend, or terminate accounts that exceed these limits or show abnormal activity, to protect the platform and other users.
• If an account is terminated for fair-usage reasons, we refund any unused, prepaid portion of a paid plan on a pro-rata basis. Promotional or free access (including influencer-program Pro) carries no monetary value and is not refundable.

SlideDM monitors sending patterns to protect your connected Instagram account. If we detect a spike in DM volume, comment activity, or API errors, or any other pattern that we believe puts your account at risk of restriction or enforcement by Meta, we may automatically pause, throttle, or rate limit your automations, with or without prior notice.

We may apply these protective controls to a single automation, to a connected Instagram account, or to an entire workspace, and we may keep them in place until activity returns to a normal pattern or until we have reviewed the account. Where it is practical to do so, we will show the pause inside the Platform and restore normal operation as soon as we believe it is safe.

You acknowledge that automations may therefore be paused, throttled, or delayed, and that messages may be delayed, skipped, or never delivered while a protective control is active. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any resulting loss, and a protective pause does not entitle you to a refund, a credit, or an extension of your billing period.

All content, features, and functionality of SlideDM, including design, code, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Rigmasters Technology, Sliding Into DMs LLC, or their licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content you create and transmit through the Service.

Your use of SlideDM is also governed by our /privacy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

SlideDM integrates with Meta's Instagram Graph API and relies on Meta, hosting, database, queueing, analytics, and payment providers. We are not responsible for changes, limitations, interruptions, or policy decisions imposed by those providers. If a provider restricts or revokes access, we may need to change or limit parts of the Service.

We strive to keep SlideDM available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, successful delivery of every automation, or permanent availability of every third-party feature. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, outages, rate limits, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideDM is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideDM, Rigmasters Technology, and Sliding Into DMs LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill arising out of or related to your use of the Service. The aggregate liability of the SlideDM Entity you contract with will not exceed the amount paid by you to SlideDM in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rigmasters Technology and Sliding Into DMs LLC, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and contractors, from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in activity that we believe is harmful to the Service, other users, or third parties. You may also stop using the Service or cancel your subscription as described in our /cancellation-policy.

If you are on the Free plan, have never held a paid subscription, and do not connect an Instagram account, your workspace is treated as inactive. Inactive Free workspaces are automatically deleted 30 days after signup, along with the data stored in them. This automatic cleanup applies only to Free accounts. Workspaces on a paid or complimentary plan are not deleted this way. To keep your account, connect an Instagram account or start a paid plan within 30 days of signing up.

SlideDM is operated as a going concern by the SlideDM Entity you contract with. If that company becomes insolvent, enters bankruptcy, liquidation, winding up, an assignment for the benefit of creditors, or any similar proceeding, ceases operations, or otherwise discontinues the Service, the Platform may be shut down and your automations, workflows, analytics, conversations, and other stored data may stop working and be permanently deleted.

In that event, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, we will have no obligation to refund any amount you have prepaid, whether calculated on a pro rata basis or on any other basis, and no liability to you for the shutdown or for any resulting loss of data, revenue, business, or opportunity. Any claim you may have will lie only against the SlideDM Entity you contracted with, will rank only as an unsecured claim in the relevant proceeding, and will remain subject to the limitation of liability in section 14.

Where we are reasonably able to, we will give advance notice before a planned shutdown so that you can export your data and stop future billing. Advance notice may not be possible in an insolvency or in other circumstances outside our control.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a prominent notice inside the Platform before they take effect. Your continued use of SlideDM after those changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you contract with Rigmasters Technology, these Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

If you contract with Sliding Into DMs LLC, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law rules. You and Sliding Into DMs LLC agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration will be seated in Delaware and may, at your election, be conducted by videoconference or on written submissions. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Disputes with Sliding Into DMs LLC must be brought in an individual capacity. You and Sliding Into DMs LLC waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action, and the arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding. Either party may still bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may ask a court for injunctive relief to protect intellectual property or to stop unauthorised access to the Service.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement and class action waiver by emailing support@slidedm.app within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name, your registered email, and that you are opting out. Opting out does not affect any other part of these Terms. If arbitration is opted out of or is held unenforceable, disputes with Sliding Into DMs LLC will be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Nothing in this section removes any right you have under mandatory consumer protection law in your place of residence.

If you have any complaints or concerns regarding the Service, you may contact our Grievance Officer at support@slidedm.app. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 15 business days.
