SlideDM is built for genuine creator and brand engagement. This policy explains the limits that keep the platform and your Instagram account healthy, compliant with Meta's policies, and safe from abuse.

1. Overview

All SlideDM plans, including promotional, founding-member, and influencer-program access, are subject to fair usage. The limits below exist to prevent spam, protect Instagram accounts from Meta enforcement, and ensure reliable service for everyone. By using SlideDM you agree to use it for legitimate engagement only.

2. Usage limits

  • Volume: Sending more than 100,000 (1 lakh) DMs per month per account is considered outside normal fair usage and may be rate-limited, reviewed, or suspended.
  • Abnormal spikes:Sudden, unusual spikes in DM volume, comment activity, or API usage that deviate from your account's normal pattern may be automatically throttled and flagged for review.
  • Compliance:Usage must comply with Instagram's and Meta's Platform Terms and messaging policies at all times.

3. Prohibited use

  • Unsolicited bulk messaging, spam, scams, or misleading content.
  • Purchased, scraped, or non-consenting recipient lists.
  • Operating multiple accounts to evade limits, or reselling access.
  • Any activity that risks Meta enforcement against SlideDM or other users.

4. Enforcement & refunds

If we detect usage that exceeds these limits or shows an abnormal spike, we may, at our discretion and without prior notice, throttle, suspend, or terminate the affected account to protect the platform and other users. Where an account is terminated for fair-usage reasons, we will refund any unused, prepaid portion of a paid plan on a pro-rata basis. Promotional or free access (including influencer-program Pro) carries no monetary value and is not eligible for a refund. This policy supplements, and does not replace, our Terms and Refund Policy.
